Aja Adams-House – Crescent

“Aja is an elite shooter from deep with quick handles and an excellent feel for the game. Under estimated for her stature at 5’2, she plays much bigger than her size, able to defend any position with her high basketball IQ and rebound as well as anybody on the floor. She led the team in points, assists, and steals as a sophomore, making 50 threes on the season despite heavy attention from opposing defenses. To put it another way, it’s hard to define a “”baller,”” but you know it when you see it. Aja is a baller. Gym rat, coachable, truly loves the game, unstoppable motor, high IQ, incredibly skilled, all of the above. I have coached 7 all-state guards in my 28 years of coaching and she is right up there with all of them. She averaged 18.0 ppg as a sophomore while being the focus of every defense they played against.

Katie would have been the difference in winning at least 6 more games last season. She possesses an unbelievable work ethic, and is thought of as one of the best guards in tradition rich Kingfisher County by the area coaches. As good as she is as a player, she is an even better person and student at school. She is held in high regard by her peers and teachers for her kindness and humbleness and for always putting others before herself.
